Digital Commerce Specialist

The DCS Learning Experience is an intensive two-year program which develops the hard and soft skills required for a career at the top of digital commerce. The overall experience equips students with five knowledge dimensions: 1- Sales & Merchandising 2- Logistics & Supply Chain 3- Digital Marketing 4- Finance & Accounting 5- Technology & Data With both practical and theoretical elements, the program is a mixture of instructor-led live classes and self-paced learning experiences, regular learning exercises and individual and group projects. The program is split up into two journeys: 1. "Preparation for Excellence in Digital Commerce" course - 4 months - This course is theoretically intensive to equip participants with a set of tools and concepts in digital commerce, enabling them to confidently tackle digital commerce problems. 2. "Embodying Excellence in Digital Commerce" courses - 18 months - These courses are practical and problem-oriented, as participants dive deeper into practical knowledge and take part in Commerce Growth Accelerator projects. - Commerce Growth Accelerator (CGA) projects are project-based learning where participants will leverage source real-life clients, and diagnose and implement solutions to tackle solve clients' real business challenges in digital commerce. Certificate earning criteria: - Completion of the “Preparation For Excellence In Digital Commerce” course. - Completion of the “Embodying Excellence in Digital Commerce” courses. - Completion of CGA projects, solving real problems for real companies. - Completion of exams on selected knowledge dimensions. Total time spent on the DCS Learning Experience: approx. 88 weeks, 8-10 hours per week.
