Certified User Program - Level One

The Certified User Program - Level One is a self-paced learning experience designed to equip candidates with the essential skills and strategic knowledge to master the VTEX platform. This program empowers users to streamline their daily tasks, enhance productivity, and develop the confidence and autonomy to customize the platform to meet specific business needs.

Throughout 10 missions, candidates will sharpen their problem-solving abilities while maximizing efficiency and productivity. By the end of the program, users will be well-equipped to tailor the VTEX platform to their unique requirements.

To earn the Attestation of Completion, participants must successfully complete a 30-question multiple-choice assessment, achieving a minimum overall score of 70%.
